Golf Society Booking Information
Join us at Thorpe Hall Golf Club and enjoy a day of unforgettable golf with your society! We’ve crafted a seamless booking experience, ensuring your group has everything they need for an exceptional day on the course. Below are the key details to help you plan your perfect outing.
Booking Requirements:
Minimum Participants: 12 players
Maximum Participants: 36 players
(Unless otherwise agreed upon with management)
Whether it's an intimate gathering or a larger group, we’ve got the perfect setup for your society.
Deposit & Confirmation:
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required with the completed booking form.
Your booking is confirmed once we’ve received both the deposit and your paperwork—giving you peace of mind and a guaranteed tee time.
Changes to Participant Numbers:
Plans change? No problem! If the number of participants changes, simply confirm the final numbers at least 5 days before your visit.
The final number provided will be the minimum catered for and charged, so we’re ready for your group no matter what.
Green Fee Details:
If any members of your society are also playing members of Thorpe Hall Golf Club, they will not pay a green fee.
Player Information:
The society organizer should provide the names and handicaps of all players before play begins
Tee Times:
18 Holes (Monday - Friday): Tee off from 11:00 AM
27 Holes (Monday Only): Tee off from 10:30 AM
Permitted Formats:
Individual Stableford
4-Ball Better Ball

We have a limited number of buggies available, use of these may not be permissible during the winter months and you will need to make a reservation with our Professional Shop on 01702 582205 (Option 2).
