Our Social Events have grown in popularity, with over 40 members attending our June Social Evening, and the feedback has been fantastic. Here’s a taste of what you can look forward to as a Social Member:

Monthly Social Lunches
Held on the first Tuesday of every month, these relaxed lunches are the perfect chance to catch up with friends in a convivial atmosphere.

Themed Evenings & Entertainment
Our sell-out Abba/Greek Night had the clubhouse buzzing, and the fun continues with unique events like the upcoming Cockney/Seafood Night. We also host memorable evenings such as our Magic Night, blending entertainment with delicious food.

Food & Drink Specials
From Curry Nights to seasonal dining experiences, our events are designed to bring people together over great food and conversation.

Charity & Quiz Nights
We’re proud to support good causes – including the Lady Captain’s Quiz Night in aid of Motor Neurone Disease, which promises a fun evening with friends while making a difference.

As a Social Member, you’ll enjoy full use of our Clubhouse and bar, invitations to all events, and preferential member benefits. More importantly, you’ll be part of a friendly, vibrant community where there’s always something to look forward to.

Social Membership is just £50 per year, with a £250 annual food and drink levy, making it an excellent way to enjoy all that Thorpe Hall has to offer.

All events can be booked through the bar and are advertised via email, on our rolling clubhouse screens, on table displays, and through the interactive information board at reception.
